In many case i saw a lot of player especially China players are always online for hours. I can't revenge them. I saw my friend used an android emulator on pc and he let his CoC always on for hours. They are C-H-E-A-T-ING!! They just wanna raid other players but DO NOT WANT TO BE RAIDED. Please allow us to ATTACK ONLINE PLAYERS no matter what for justice!!!

It's not Supercells problem you can't raid someone. And it might have something to do with timezones. People using emulators will be punished and are not supported.
