This is a good idea, in a way, but in another way it would make one clan member jealous of another and stuff like that, that's why being a Co-Leader it's hard for me to say no to a member who wants to be an elder because I have the chance of losing them by not giving them something they would like..

But if you give them elder it's too little power, but if you give them co it's too much. There's no in between, and that's my big gripe.
But in this way, wouldnt it balance put the power from clan to clan? Say a member wants to be elder "so he can invite" you can modify the member rank towards being able to invite

I agree, in my clan, i am the only one who is allowed to kick anyone (im leader), unless the person is a hopper. With this, i can disable kicking for all the ranked members.
I agree, but the nickname part wpuld be pretty much changing your names, and being that they are temporary (only for the clan), the names can potentially become offensive. So, i think supercell should have a lid over the nickname part.
Dude some people don't read things all the way thru and almost everyone has the same idea just a different way of putting it, or maybe they post it neater, or whatever else, it's better to simply state your side and like the page and keep it go in if it's an idea that you like! This is the reason I don't get peeved like most people at seeing the same type ideas posted several times!!! You never know when the people that will actually contribute to your idea instead of downing it will be on!

Butt what if it's the same name but different powers when you have someone join, and they want elder you could and not worry about them kicking randomly or kick in and leaving with this idea!! The elders that can kick would be reserved for the top people that have been loyal for the longest amount of time!!!
I would also like to add to this idea by saying
I would like to be able to order my clan castle to which could add to the ranking system, for instance the new members would be placed at the bottom, unless you select them and drag them any where you want them!!! Does anyone else get aggravated with the clan castle auto moving your members based on trophies levels!!! I can't keep up with who came in first and who came in last!!! If I want loyal members and don't care that this one has more trophies shouldn't I be able to adjust how close to the top they are!!!

How do you know I can't just name one of my members: Garbage Cleaner.
Names could get worse. But swearing words are censored and against the rules so I won't post 'em. But you get the idea.

As for your, new rank between Co & Elder. Elder's power is too low and co is too damn high. How many ranks you gonna make after every rank from the Imperial Forces Come IN???
