Just another idea... probably stupid but what if our Townhalls could serve partially as banks? I mean, they can store 1,000 gold and elixir. I propose that the storage capacity becomes close to that of the CC, maybe a little less. Like for the clan castle, each upgrade would increase the amount of each resource that could be deposited. And the reason I say "Banks" is because when anyone deposits money in a bank... it is safe. Whatever gold and elixir is kept in the bank is completely safe from being raided. However, to be balanced there would have to be a few limitations. One being you can only deposit gold and elixir every 12 hours (Like sending mail to your clan). Also, the amount of gold and elixir that can be stored would maybe have to be a quarter of a max storage for the resource. Just an idea. Especially for those instances where we are waiting for the next upgrade with a surplus of gold or elixir and want to ensure we can hold on to it.
