I try to do it a couple hours after my clan finishes war/prep day. That way its roughly the same time allowing for the time taken to search war and for maintenance delays.
I was at soccer match yesterday (we won 4-0 yay) so was a bit later than usual. Also we are approaching a time when it will be middle of night for me so expect more erratic times.
