Level 100+
Well-Developed TH9 and Early TH10
Heroes Combined Level 30+
Gold Grab 325 million+
Walls Level 8+ for TH9 and 50% Level 9 for TH10

There is nothing wrong with the clans. It just means that the pending requests haven't been cleared. If there are 5 requests pending, it will give you this message. Will message all the clans to have them clear the requests. Try again in a few minutes. Sorry about the inconvenience.
