You may be able to get into Invictus Titans or Invictus Beasts but your hero and troop levels are a little low so they may or may not accept.

Invictus Titans does clanwars 24/7 and requires level 5 hogs and level 4 golems and combined Level 35 heroes.

Invictus Beasts does clanwars twice a week and requires maxed Townhall 9 troops and Level 15+ of each hero.

Try applying to these clans but I can't guarantee you will get in.
