The Invisibility Spell makes troops invisible like the royal cloak.
The troops couldn´t be attacked by defense buildings.

Level 1: Production costs: 30.000 Elexir Production time:1h Time*:15 seconds
Level 2: Production costs: 37.500 Elexir Production time:1h Time*:20 seconds
Level 3: Production costs: 45.000 Elexir Production time:1h Time*:25 seconds

That's a good idea! But will be too overpowered with the long duration times, troops should be invisible for only a few seconds only, or perhaps the spell should have a weakness?

That's assuming you need the full 3 mins to polish off a base. If you can do it in 2 mins 5 seconds, your troops could be invisible the entire war. Even if invisibility runs out before you wipe the base, all your troops will be essentially at full health against whatever defensive units are left standing for the final 55 seconds of the fight.

OVERPOWERED for sure.
