Donating resources?

Excuse me if this idea has been posted
As you all know that clanmates can donate troops
it would be good if clanmates can give other clanmates resources

but anyway , put a limit of how much this person can get donated in a week

and if the person get donated and just leave the clan , if the person donated more than he get donated , it's fine, if he got donated more than he donated IN THAT MONTH, do the maths , the resource he got donated will be sent back to the one donated him , and the resource he donated will return to him , so this way if the person is not a hopper he will get what he donated back , if that person doesn't have enough resources deduct as much as the person have , but give the exact amount he has asked in that month.

make a button saying request resources when you touch the clan castle and then select the amount , make the max amount than you can ask , like if you are member , max is 5,000 , increase or decrease , depending on the townhall level
, elders and co leaders , depend on supercell staff , leader , make the max 50,000 increase or decrease depending on the town hall level.

Its ruled out because it can easily be abused (people having multiple accounts and giving loot to the other account.)
Also, it's just plain lazy.

Although this is a decent idea, but it has been posted multiple times. But good idea's on the deducting resources, and amount of resources though.

I think it would be good to be able to donate resources to memebers buy using up how much war loot space they have. So if they have 200,000 space that is how much gold you could give them and you can not donate more til they collect it from their clan castle. I think this would be a great thing to bring into the game and I would love to see it come in and i am sure many other people would like to see this brought into the game. It would also be helpful for people who can not train troops for wars that I could give them elixir to train their troops with.

I'm not sure if an infraction is necessary.....

On that note, they also said they would be DELETING ruled out ideas which hasn't been implemented by the Moderators. They are still simply locking them like usual. Will they be enforcing that more diligently in the future?
