I really appreciate all the kind feedbacks guys. It's very nice to know my previous works as a TH8 player are still helping other players. I have actually ran into a fair amount of Theme Parks in the queue lately, and was always tempted to raid them, but ended up dropping a couple of troops to say hello.

Been using the farming version for 3 weeks now.
Thanks alot, its by far the best base design ive used.
Almost never loose any gold.

3 weeks is quite an impressive streak. Glad to hear! I see that you're using the Trophy Hunting version 2.2.1. It's protecting Golds well?

I've been using Pings farming version and have had pretty good success. Recently took design on a trophy run and only had 3-4 serious attacks. I actually ran into an underdeveloped farm base similar to mine and it did not fair to well against my mediocre farming troops. Still have to to give much props to ping for great designs. Looking forward to pings TH9 design and am stoked about trying it when I move up in about 2-3 weeks. Almost have TH 8 maxed except level 6 air defenses.

so i was going to only have 2 storages, so my change would be putting a gold mine where the left elixir storage is, and replacing the bottom gold storage with the barb king. This is for the farming version btw. would you guys say that would work?

I have no personal experience with using 2/2/1 Storages for this design. However, from a few previous feedbacks, it will work. Good luck and keep me updated on your progress.

Ping, I've been using your park with generally good success. However, last night, I got hit twice in a row by people using 4 maxed lightnings on my mortars and took 2 of them out immediately. I know that costs them almost 90k gold, but the 2nd attacker managed to get 198k gold and 126k elixer (don't really care about elixer though) because my traps, bombs, and cc troops were used up from the first attacker who only got 36% of my base (and very little resources)....grrr...

I make sure to keep my defensive structures separated enough so that lightnings don't take out multiple structures, but I'm not really sure how a TH8 can better combat a quad-lightning strike followed by lvl 6 troops, AQ, BK, etc. Granted all of my teslas were upgrading...

Warmest regards for the kind feedbacks guys! I apologize for the late response. Been very busy training for a new job the past few days, so I only had time to reply/manage the threads in our clan forum group.

Unfortunately I do not have any plans for TH7 at the moment. I have a TH7 (lingling in bDTP), which I play very casually/Farmville style to manage DTP's 2nd clan. I threw its design together fairly quickly, which derived from the TH8 Theme Park. I honestly do not know how effective it is, as I am often too busy to even look at the Defense Log. However, I have managed to keep my 3 builders fairly busy with absolutely no raiding.

I'm currently working on a TH9 adaptation of the TH8 Trophy Hunting Version 2.2.0. It's holding up very well, but I still want to get more solid experimenting done before finalizing it. DTP is pushing for trophies this weekend, so I'll have a chance to test its effective against higher tier armies.

If you want that lord of the ring tower theres two options
1. premature
2. gem
3. max out th9 and get it in like 3 months

Oh wait thats 3 options..
But yeah this base is pretty nifty looking. Gonna use it when my lame alt hits th8

Yes, duh.
With your current base it's very easy to take your gold and elixir.
