Hello,

I've been giving your initial base design that included your town hall a go, and it's worked so-so for me. I'd probably reason that to be that my defense are a little weak + I'm up around the 2,000 trophy range, I'll be sure to give updates as I test it for the next few days...

Also, just a helpful tip: for your YouTube channel, I can see that you've added a graphic that materializing your avatar on the bottom left of each video. If you aren't aware, you can go to Video Manager -> Channel Settings -> inVideo Progamming -> Add featured channel. This will automatically add your icon to each of your videos, and what's even better is that it adds a subscribe button when people roll over.

Example (Mine is in the top left):

Update on my hybrid experience after 2 weeks at TH8. The layout in the OP didn't work too well for me, I think it's really efficient with high TH8 defenses that I don't have yet. After getting 3 starred and watching your Trophy version in action, I decided to go with that instead but with only 4 Gold and Elixir storages to protect rather than 6 (moved some buildings). Even with 3 splash buildings upgrading (Mortars finished 2 days ago, started Wizard Towers lvl 5 straight after), the base holds very well. Got one starred once at 59% by troops 6 and that's it. The layout is a real nightmare for WBs and things will only get better as I upgrade my other defenses. Will update.

Since you're in the 2000 trophy range, I'm guessing you're not farming, but trophy hunting? If so, I suggest you try the unsegmented core with centralized AD's instead, ie. my current trophy hunting version. From my experience, hybrid designs fail to shine in proper trophy hunting range, such as 2000+. Also, I found that spreading your storages actually protects your resources better in higher trophy range. Most attackers only aim for trophy/Town Hall, and tunnel from 1 side, leaving your other storages untouched.
