The way I look at it is, there will be times when I won't have enough resources to start certain TH9 upgrades, ie vacations and breaks. The cheap collector upgrades will keep my builders busy for those few days while I farm. Plus, I don't think 150K Golds/Elixirs will be hard to get, so the TH9 Loot Penalty can suck it!

His mines and Collectors need some love!
And his second DB is still stuck at level 3

7d15H til TH finishes
12H til 1st Lvl 4 DB finishes
7d for 2nd Lvl 4 DB to finish
