During War Clan Leader should have power to freeze other clan's attacks for some time with the cost of some stars.. Like 1 star fr 10 min.. Max limit-1 hour.
Also when freeze of one clan is going on other clan can't acvitate theirs.. So it will be all about timing.. OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS:-)

This idea is about strategy
So, basically, you can block another clan from attacking yours? For just ten minutes? Even if it is put to use, I don't think it will be used very much...

10 min with cost of one star.. That is total stars will be reduced by 1 if u freeze fr 10 min... IF u use 6 stars u can stop other clans attack fr a hour.. This could be game changer.. Suppose ur clan planning on ambuse at last hour n u dont want them to score more.. It will be usefull then
I'm not sure that would work... Think about how annoying it would be if you really wanted to attack but the other clan was using their "freeze" on you.
