We're a mostly adult clan, with international membership, so there's nearly always someone on. Our core has been together for nearly a year. We're an easy going bunch that like to joke around, but when it comes to clan wars we're serious about having everyone bring their best, so we can win that sweet bonus loot! We've got 55 war wins and adding more every week. Our war schedule is every 3 days (Prep day, Battle day, Off day, repeat); so roughly 2 wars per week. We've got a mix of members from TH10 to TH7; but most are TH8-9. Several members are level 100+, another large group in the 80-100 range, and third that's 65+. We have no mandatory trophy pushes or donation minimums (though we do expect some effort to give back).
We're looking for members serious about upgrading their towers and troops, people that complete all (or nearly all) tower and troop upgrades before moving up the the next Town Hall level. In our experience, those that don't really struggle to attack or defend effectively in clan wars. We're most interested in TH8+, but exceptional TH7s will be considered.
We promote to Elder over time when we see members donating as much or more than they take, and using both attacks well in clan wars. Missing a war here and there is no problem as long as you let us know before hand (when at all possible) and it's not a regular event.
We're just looking for members planning to stick around and be an active part of our little family for the long haul. After each war we remove members not using attacks in wars or with donation ratios that are crazy bad, so we maintain an active and strong clan. While we have no donation minimums, we have culture of high donations; if anything members have complained it's hard to get their donation counts up because requests are filled so quickly, it's a fight to get yours in!

Please note these are some general things we look for in new members. These are not the goal, but a guideline to help us weed out applicants that have rushed bases, likely to struggle in wars. New members should have at least the following:
TH8 : L5 Barbs/Archers, L2 Dragons, L5 AD, L6-7 walls, Level 70+
TH9 : L6 Barbs/Archers, L3 Dragons, L6 AD, L7-8 walls, Level 90+
TH10 : L7 Barbs/Archers, L3 PEKKAs, L7 AD, L8+ walls, Level 100+

Updated main post, removed a bunch of lower level members that weren't participating or donating, opening up several spots for new members. If your an active player looking for 2-3 wars a week, look us up!
