That would be cool to be able to Transfer a couple gems to players in your clan as a reward

to prevent a frequent abuse from users starting a new game and closing, you could also add another requirement of you need to be a certain level...like 50?

maybe change the way you can do it by:
- you can only transfer gems by closing out your account
- be at least level 50? or higher

it's not 100% un-abuseable, but it would require them to spend more time on the (soon-to-be) closed account, which might deter a lot of people from doing it.

Lv50 isn't that hard to reach especially for easy 1k+ gems (250 start, 450 from reaching 1250 trophies, etc). Closing account goes against the initial idea of transferring gems as reward and donating/trading gems is ruled out anyways

Closing accounts so no problem to people who want to abuse the system and self donate anyways

This is basically like trading/donating resources, which is ruled out because
1) People can abuse this by funneling gems to their main account
2) there might be a black market within the game where people sell xx gems for xx amount of real money
