In the event a clan member is doing something innaproprate or using a behavior that calls to the attention of the elders or co-leaders/leaders we should have a separate area from the clan chat where we can discuss corrective actions with out letting the entire clan in on it. IE john smith is being a jerk to john doe... Me as a clan elder could post a message in Officer chat saying. Hey guys watch out for this. Its strike 2 one more and he is out. This way no one in the clan other than elders and above know that john smith was disciplined. It can be used for other instances this is just one we are having a problem with.
