The "Town Hall Crasher" is simaler to a goblin but goes strait for the town hall. And once the town hall is destroyed it would attack the nearest buildings.

All stats will increase little by little with each upgrade.
Any troop that targets the TH is unhealthy for the game: the Town Hall is not supposed to be easy to get, and this would make things too easy for the attacker.
