I think everything should be 1 space and take 20 secs to train, and the TH10 can just run over each other with 240 pekka.

They already have more than 4x the dmg and hp as archers (though a bit shorter range) so 3 would be too low. Seeing as how wizards are very commonly used in most tactics, they're not something that needs a buff
So instead of fitting 6 wizards in a lvl 4 CC now you can fit 8 because that makes CW attacking that much easier
I think 4 is fine but if they do 3 would be great!
Possibly 3 spaces for lvl 1-3. I never used them in the lower levels because they died to fast for the time/cost/space. About lvl 4 and certainly lvl 5 though it would need to go back up to 4 spaces. 3 spaces for lvl 5 wiz in war castles would be horrible.

Wizards do not need a reducing in housing space, 4 us absolutely fine, 3 would mess up army compositions, and 2 is just purely overpowered.
Balloons and Wizards also have a fine training time.
I think that wizards should now take up 1 housing space and have the health of a golem, then when they die, they spawn two pekkas.

3 is a odd number above 1 so supercell wouldn't allow it . I like 2 (except 5,25 are the numbers supercell allow)
