I. Introduction:
When you reach the Silver League (Silver III) you will be given the option to select the following classes: Fire, Ice, Earth and Water. There will be a prompt asking whether you want to join one or not. Once your class has been selected, it will remain permanent; even if you get demoted to another league. You can however, change your league with a number of gems (say 150 gems) anytime.
If you select neutral, meaning you don't want to join a class don't worry! You won't miss out much since you will get the option to select a class again when you get promoted to another league.
Prompt:
If you tap on neutral, you'll simply return to your village and everything will stay the same.
If you tap proceed, you'll be brought to this screen
Once you have selected, you will be given a are you sure prompt.
II. Purpose:
So... what exactly happens? Basically, classes unlock new unique features for each class.
Features: Unique terrain, Single player campaign missions, structure boosts, special clan badges, *if mastermind's ideas get implemented* class relevant quests and class relevant flags.
There can also be a tournament between the classes.
Special Terrain is enabled through tapping a button:
Stats increment and Weakness(needs to be tweaked for balancing. But these are just some concepts) :
Fire:
Defensive:
- Increase all stats 10% for inferno towers
Offensive:
- The use of Drags will be 10% more effective
- Upgrades will be 5% Cheaper
General Gameplay:
- Unique lava terrain- Single player campaign is more relevant
- Fire decorations
Weakness:
- When attacked by water class, splash defenses are 5% less effective
Water:
Defensive:
- Splash Damage stats increase 10%
Offensive:
- Wizards are 10% more effective
- Splash Damage Troop DPS stats increase 10%
General: Gameplay
- Unique water-ish terrain
- Water related single player campaigns
- Water decorations
Weakness:
- Ice: When defending against an ice attack, archer towers and cannons are 10% less effective.
Ice:
Defensive:
- Freeze spell is 20% less effective
Offensive:
- Spells are 10% more effective
- Healers Hitpoints 10% increment
General gameplay:
- Unique ice terrain (just like the christmas one)
- Ice decorations
- Specialized single player campaign: tweaked to be icy
Weakness:
- Fire: When attacked by fire, mortars and inferno tower's DPS is decreased by 5%
Earth:
Defensive:
- 10% faster upgrades
- Ground (defensive) structures are 5% more effective
- Increase gem frequency and number
Offensive:
- Tier 1 troops are 5% more effective
General Gameplay:
- Default terrain (but you can add pigs and butterflies flying around ;P )
- Earth decorations
- Specialized single player campaign
Weakness:
- Ice: When attack by ice, wall hitpoints are decreased by 5%
Clan related:
You can also have the option of a only one class clan. E.g. a only Fire clan. This is just for fun. Or maybe... to make it more complex, you can select which class you want to be against in Clan Wars.
Depending on the clan leader's class, he/she has unique clan badges. If the clan leader changes class, they will have to change it to their new class's flag.
Class Decorations:
Decorations now have a purpose! By displaying your classes flag, you're not only supporting your class, but you're showing your strength/weakness. If you choose to use decorations, your opponent may be aware of your weakness.
Class Tournaments:
Basically, there could be tournaments between classes with trophies as the mean. This is just like the clan tournament, except it's to do with classes.
Some fun other things between classes might be cool. Like a Class War - but that would be insanely complex, and there will be low possibilities that this will be implemented.
Maybe you could have little random 10v10 tournament signups for fights between classes.
Class Heros:
Ok, I know there won't be any more additions of heroes, but it would be cool if there was a class specified hero. E.g. Fire Dragon, Ice Healer, Goblin King, Wizard Warrior. They might have special powers such as summoning dragons like our current BK.
Pros and Cons:
Pros:
- Fresh addition, adds new dimension and perspective to the game. This is what SC needs. CoC is gradually becoming boring and needs something unique to change the game and most importantly: the people!
- More personalized, allows you to add unique and class specified objects

- Over complicated, changes the game a lot
