How to report possible ♥♥♥♥♥ers?

Hello guys,

we had a war with clan named 8_0_8 and a lot of their TH10 has a kinda strange account with every unit maxed (golem lvl5, pekka lvl5, dragon lvl4 etc..). This is not strange but EVERY single of those guys stole only about 20k dark elixir and only about 20 million gold/elixir in multiplayer battles but their bases

One of them stole only 2,5 million elixir and 5000 dark elixir but in his camps you can find pekka lvl5, golem lvl5, dragon lvl4, wizard lvl6 and many other maxed units - http://prntscr.com/4cnkkx

Another guy has lvl8 wall and all the buildings on high levels with king and queen lvl10+ (units also maxed) but in his stats you can see he only stole only about 20 million elixir and 40k dark elixir - http://prntscr.com/4cnkc0

And there is more accounts like this with basically no activity in multiplayer battles but each of them with TH10, inferno towers and maxed units in their clan. It seems to me kinda suspicious because I know some guys with armies and bases like this who spent a lot of money on this game but their activity is very different and not just 2 or 0 attacks per season and not only few millions stolen for the whole time of playing this game. So I doubt these guys have spent fortune on this to game to buy all the elixir and gold with gems and then just do not play at all.

As a paying customer I would like admins to take a closer loot on this group. If they are clean players then I am sorry for making this accusation but if they are not I think admins should do something about that.
