Just to put more fearful high lvl eyes on it here it is again!

Make it where if you have changed your base, you CANNOT be attacked during practice for 24 hrs!! This would eliminate war base design practice and make revenge practice a lot harder! So someone who has edited their base cannot be attacked making it worthless during war!

And this would lead to massive abuse. People would edit their base every 24/5 hours and gain a free 24hour shield out of it, leaving it impossible for anybody to attack them. Please think before posting these kind of ideas and just think about how they could be abused.

I love the idea of a CoC simulator mode but it will never be made. People will abuse it much like your supposed fix and soon any base layout will be an easy three star and a lot of loot for any raider with the correct army composition.

Dude please FULLY READ BEFORE POSTING I said you can't be attacked for practice for 24 HOURS please read and then re read before you insult someone's intelligence!!!

GREAT IDEA ONLY IF YOU CAN ONLY TRY YOUR OWN (or at least someone you can't raid, such as someone on global or in your clan)

Why don't they make a way to attack your own base. You build a base and you there is no way to see if it needs improvement but wait until someone else attacks you. They could make it so you can attack your own base not for resources but to look for holes in your defense. But it will cost you the troops you use to attack.

Actually no!!! It's not ruled out if you had read everyone else's comments someone had already said the same thing just to go back and LOOK and read and find out it is not!

I feel like you only read the title and began posting. This issue was addressed on the first page

No offense intended but it bugs me when people say 'go look at the stickies' when they didn't look at it themselves, especially when people repost that quote several times and basically say the same thing

Why would you want a permanent shield against your own clan mates! Kind of defeats the purpose of trying to help them out!!!!! I think you miss understand when I say shield I mean against anyone PRACTICE attacking you! Everyone else can still attack you thru raids and war! If you edit your base in anyway, no one can hit a practice button in your clan to attack you! This way in war it would do no good to change your base to look like someone else's! For example

You hit practice on someone's town you enter practice battle, you lose no troops they lose no resource nor do they have to rearm traps afterward!

That same person changes something in their base, you hit the practice button and it says you CANNOT practice battle this person for 24 hrs!!!!!
The person who edited their base leaves, and their base shows up in raid!!! Why because the practice shield would be against your clan mates from attacking your base, in case someone purposely made their base to look like someone else's!

This would be legal ghosting basically. A person 1 stars a base in war and exposes most of the traps and teslas. Then their clan mate rebuilds the base and attacks until he can 3 star.

After just experiencing a clan war where our opponent was clearly ghosting (knew exactly where double bombs were in 7 of our TH9 bases and set them off with hogs right from the start of battle and, no, it is not obvious where they are), maybe allowing us to attack our own bases would level the playing field if SC has no way to stop ghosting.

Thoughts? Dumb android devices. ...

Yeah I know what you mean! This has become more practiced event the older war gets however this wouldn't be a replacement to that! You still have to be in that person's clan in order to see the.traps during war! And the only fix I could come up with for this, is if someone leaves a clan during war for them to be banned from all other clans until war is over! However even this would have loop holes for instance they could leave before war search, when war search is complete join yours and their you go!

You could start a thread to get ideas however there wouldn't be many interested in trying to fix this! Not because it is fair but because it's a game dynamic that has become I guess acceptable!!! Kind of like when I made a thread about opt in/out of war many said they would prefer to kick people than to press a button opting them out of war! Because they said it is just as easy!
