Clan blacklist

Hi my name is Daniel and I play CoC for a few months and I was in a lot of clans.Well,all of them had the same problem:bad players wich were cicked out because they were not respecting the rules came back a few hours or days later and they were accepted because some players didn't knew about their situation.So I was thinking about a list where all the players which mustn't be accepted in the clan should be .THE BLACKLIST!
