New ability's for clashers in clans!

There are some abilities that I think clashers in clans should have. These abilities grants all clashers to be able to do more, and to strengthen everyone in the clan. Here are some ideas:

-Leaders/co-leaders could send messages to a certain person they choose, not to everyone.
-Members and elders could send messages, but only to the leader.
-Leaders, and 1, or 2 co-leaders the leader chooses would be able to rule out players in clan wars, but only once every so often.
-Co-leaders could be able to suggest a change in trophy requirements of the clan and it's status (Ex: invite only, closed, etc) to the leader.

I would like this, but suggested a fair bit.
-Members and elders could send messages, but only to the leader.

May not be necessary, but seems like a decent idea.

-Leaders, and 1, or 2 co-leaders the leader chooses would be able to rule out players in clan wars, but only once every so often.

This is suggested quite a bit: use the search feature.
-Co-leaders could be able to suggest a change in trophy requirements of the clan and it's status (Ex: invite only, closed, etc) to the leader.

Couldn't you just type in chat?

I don't think these ideas will be completely necessary, but overall, they are good: they are just suggested quite often.
