Personally I think clan name changes would be good to add in but you would have to pay the same amount of money that you paid to create the clan or double that, that would be nice, I sure there would be some issues with clans constantly changing name to possibly troll people or something so another idea is adding a pervious names option, where players view a clan and press a button to view the clan's previous name if there was one.
I'd say if this feature was added it would make a great game even better.
