    New Troop! Behemoth!

    I came up with the awesome idea of this new troop, called the Behemoth, but later, I came up with another equally great idea for the same troop. But I couldn't decide which version I liked better, so you decide!

    Version #1

    The Behemoth uses his gigantic weight to slam down upon the ground, causing tremors towards any building, troop, or hero caught in its way. He will also cause a great deal of damage when destroyed.

    Preferred Target: Defenses
    Attack Type: Single Target, Ground Unit, can attack Ground Units only
    Housing Space: 15
    Training Time: 30 Minutes
    Movement Speed: 16
    Attack Speed: 5.0 seconds (one strike per 5 seconds)
    Dark Barracks Required: 6
    Range: 3 Tiles
    Death Damage Radius: 3 Tiles

    Behemoth
    Level: Damage per Second: Damage per Attack: Damage upon Death: Hitpoints: Training Cost: Research Cost: Lab. Lvl Required: Research Time:

    Version #2

    The Behemoth is a walking time bomb due to his comsumption of Giant Bombs. Place him on the battle field and watch him blow!

    Version#2 of Behemoth originally had an icon (similar to the Hero Ability icons) which was used to detonate him. But kiyan reminded me that because Behemoth targets defenses, he doesn't need a detonation button, he would just explode upon reaching the defense. (self-detonation)*

    Neither versions of Behemoth are effected by Spring Traps, and version #2 is not effected by any traps. **

    Edited Behemoth version#2 by adding a detonation icon similar to the Iron Fist ability icon.

    I like it. It's very refreshing to see something else besides a Pegasus or a Phoenix on these threads. I like the first one very different from any other troop in the game.

    Oh yeah I forgot to mention, maybe on behemoth #1 make its favorate target defenses. We don't have a ranged unit that targets defenses yet.

    You cant add an ability to the icon of behomoth number 2. It only works with the BK because there is one of him. How would you apply that to a troop that can have multiples. You would have to deploy EVERY one and then use it and it would blow them all up even if you didnt want all of them dead. Youre gonna have to scrap #2 unless you can design it differently.

    This is one of the best ideas I have read! (Next to the gardener: goes around destroying trees to get you gems. lol jk). I can't decide which one I like the most, but I think i'm leaning towards number 2.

    Good point. I hadn't thought about that. I'll see what I can do about editing that.

    I just edited version#1 and added this in. Behemoth version#1 now has the favorite target of defenses. I also fixed the problem of the detonation icon on Behemoth version#2.

    I think number 1 is great. id say everything on it balances extremely well.
    the #2 idea in my opinion is junk though. i couldnt tell if this idea was a flying unit or not but if its a ground unit than having target defenses with 200 hp is tough because usually youd have to take out walls first and then hope it doesnt get hit by traps and what not and if its a flying troop still then it will easily be killed by traps or air defenses or even archer towers before its where u want it. for its design its also a pretty big waste of DE to at best talk out 1 or 2 buildings and the part about detonating it no need for an ability icon sense it targets defense towers when it reaches its targeted defense building it should self detonate. like i said the first one in my eyes is actually perfectly put together but number 2 though a good idea in thought if it were even to become close to being considered would need a lot of sculpting and patches.
