I don't think we need this. Somewhat OP for defense.
If you really want your buildings to be healed, just ask for a clan castle healer.
If you want to heal your buildings, get a healer in your cc

The healer does not do much more than it is always better to use it with the troops, I've thought about a structure that takes care of multiple targets all buildings that are within range, single target:choose a building only

The fact you have your thread in huge text is a tad annoying and makes it difficult to read as it bunches up at the top when you post the thread.
You need to include way more information. At the moment this is just a name of a tower and nothing more, there's no stats there's no concept art there's nothing that Super Cell could actually use.
Whenever you post an idea you need to include everything single last bit of information you can think of. Super Cell aren't always gonna fill in the blanks with your ideas.
