I know we've almost all felt the pain of losing DE because somebody triple lightninged your DE Storage. This is extremely frustrating and feels cheap because they're getting your preciously protected DE. Here is my idea: cap the amount of DE stolen by the lightning spells.
I think if there was a cap on JUST the DE Storage, that'd be fair (DE drill can zap as regular). Say I've gotten zapped by TH7/8 for almost a good amount DE before and I try and revenge and can barely get that much. By capping the amount able to be stolen from the storage, this takes away from the hesitant and controversial change of reducing loot penalty on revenges! Here is my idea in a small detail (there will probably be tweeks).
TH7: 200 MAX to be stolen by lightning spells.
TH8: 250 MAX "
TH9: 300 " "
TH10: 350 " "
When the storage is being lightninged, the HP still reduces at a normal rate and only the amount of DE stolen by the lightning changes. Again, this would not be implemented on the DE drills (you snooze, you lose) and does not reduce damage applied to the Storage, just the amount stolen. Let me know what you think about this idea and parts of it that you think should be changed! Thanks!
