Move entire base in edit mode

Sometimes when I am creating a base design or copying one I dont realize my entire base is offset by one row or sometimes two. It would be nice in edit mode to be able to select the entire base and move it around a bit to get it where I want instead of having to move everything over one spot.

I'm sure it's been mentioned, but it would be nice to be able to upgrade multiple wall pieces at a time.

Also, would it be possible to rotate the base in edit mode so we can see it from all angles.

ok, thanks for the info. I suck at searching sometimes. After I posted I did see an older topic about it, but nothing saying it had been ruled out.

I don't think it is ruled out. In fact, I'm 95% sure it isn't.

Also, the idea could be useful if I don't line my base up on the center.
