But my question is that- have you ever attacked Hannibal's TH9(the one with flanks) layout with balloons?? Even though it looks easy,and the air defences looks a bit exposed, it is not easy to hit all the storages.
Plus this is the layout which was rated 10/10 by pingfao

If I see a th9 in master league when pushing
i don't care if it anti ballooion I will attack it
th9 is easy to two star with balloon no matter what

While pushing one can easily 2 star Hannibal's TH 9 layout due to the exposed TH and outer buildings but while farming i highly doubt one can hit all 9 storages with balloonian,barch,BAM or mass giants.
I am using Hannibal's layout since my starting TH9 days ( full premie ) but still only 3 guys were able to 3 star me( 2 use mass drags while my 2 AD's were upgrading and the 3rd one use GOWIPE) .Against farming armies this is the best layout ever.

"bases to attack" and he shows a base with 900k+ loot is silver 2.

THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. One in a million raids don't make for good examples.
