Are you well prepared for TT III ? as the 3rd post of this thread explains ? Maybe you could post a list of barn inventory so we can double check.

We really need to know in order for you to succeed as that TT II a while back was difficult and we barely made it.
Because of this I also feel we should have a very experienced TT helper being your main helper for TT. I don't mean to make this sounds harsh at all it is because we want to see you succeed.

This part is (mostly) for the ones helping in a TT run.

I couldn't be around much in this thread lately but I have read it all. I felt that some of the last TT runs were quite talkative and sort of disorganised because of that. So I will run by some of the thing the helpers need to know and need to do.

When on a TT run there is a main helper appointed for the candidate. That main sells stuff to the candidate and buys from others if she doesn't have it. So far so good.

Now this part is important. During a TT run everyone (backups and others lurking) tries to stay as quiet as they possibly can. So no posting. I know we can't avoid boat candidates dropping in with boats but we usually only comment we will get back to them after the TT.

So if the candidate is doing a TT and posts they need something we all wait for the main helper to respond. Only after the main helper posts they need something will the backups offer anything. So basically don't offer unless the main asks.

A TT runs with a candidate needing only 2 or 3 items but still having 3 pages is not a smooth run.

If you have any questions just ask.
