It is always a juggle in hayday on what to do next, what to hold on to, what to sell and ekkk I need some money LOL

I just made 2041 coins in the last few minutes on muffins, peppers and eggs and I could double that in the next ten with pies (easily replaced with Tom). I would be happy to spend that on deeds. Does that work?

i would ideally like to buy 15 deeds (as I can afford them at full price--I should be able to manage ten right now, after selling a bit more, and the rest later).
