Boat nine is in and this is what I have left to do:

carrot pie. Requires 3 crates each with 4 pies. I have 3 out of 12
pumpkin pie. REquires 1 more crate of 2 pies. I have none left.
cheesecake. Requires 2 crate more of 2 cakes. I have none left.

Emma, small tip, it's best not to queue the machines with time-consuming items in between boats, to give yourself a chance of making the goodies required for your next boat. I, often, make the mistake of making bacon pies (2-3 hours) and then kicking myself, when the next boat needs carrot pies !! Arghhh ......
