Question on Traps (TH 9)

Currently, my Bombs are Level 5, my Air Bombs are Level 3, and my SAM's are Level 1.

My question is are they worth upgrading any further than where they are at?

Air mine is useful since it actually kills a drag, rather than lowering it 80% bcz the attacker could just place a heal spell down
