If you arnt in champions league you dont need all 4 or 5 spells so find a better stratagy

if your army takes 30 mins to make, then you should get a different army.
barch - bam - etc dont need spells. make lightning and they are extra's for when mortars on on edges... but when farming lower tier this is usually not the case.

OP: you have a few options, you can gem your spell factory, or you can use less spells or no spells per raid. If you are using all your spells each raid and you are not in masters league or above, you are most likely raiding above your ability level and you are most definitely wasting your resources. Try dropping your trophies and farming easier bases with cheaper armies, and maybe 1 or 2 spells max per raid.
I often used zero or 1 spell for 80-90% of my raids from TH7-TH10.
