When ppl rush their bases yet have maxed troops from their previous townhall ( for example th 8 to 9 meaning they had lvl 5 troops) they are less affected by the loot penalty because their troops are fairly strong and they can easily move to a higher league more suitable for their townhall .Which in turn helps them catch-up to their townhall standards, making their rushing not such a bad thing, right?
Yes, maxed Barbarians and Archers is the number one criteria to be met to move up.
That's because you can recover "easily" by being very active and walk into collectors for a week. I'd stay a little bit longer tough, just to enjoy and experience a Town Hall level a bit more.
Thxs i do plan on staying at my townhall lvl for awhile(th 8) but i dont really plan on maxing it because from what i hear it takes a long time and i strongly want x-bows, archer queen, and witchesOriginally Posted by JosSi
