Interesting idea... It'd be nice to be able to press the info button and see this info. Great idea!

hum, i don't know, the maximum amount you can have is 5 builders at a time... do we really need a list for 5 constructions?

Well, I guess, but can't you just calculate it and look around the village? A little math now and again won't do you any harm.
