When i started playing clash of clans , i got carried away with spending gems. So i gem-med by town hall base up to town hall 10 without upgrading anything else but my storage's. Now i don't know what to do i haven't even bought all the defences yet for example hidden teslas inferno towers, and now i am really struggling i dont know what to do !!!

I think you should start a new game. Create a new account on Game Center or Google Play.
A TH 10 without teslas sounds like too much of a struggle.

Yikes, hmm...okay, go to G1-C2 and try to get resources from there. Get everything, then start leaving them up. Keep a builder free for walls. Spend another $20 if you don't have 5 builders. Boost barracks.
Create a new account and just use that account to donate troops to yourself.
Farm it out like someone else said try gold 3 gold 2 and gold 1, even try silver 1 at the least. Something that will help alot is if u upgrade your mines and collectors alot, they generate alot of resources by them self. I would avoid the x bows and inferno towers cuz there expensive and cost elixer and dark elixer to maintain, so ignore them. As for teslas i would forget about them until youve upgraded your cannons archer towers, mortars, air defence, and wizard towers, a little. As for defences to start with go with cannons becuase there cheaper to upgrade than other defences. And lastly never forget walls, it should be easier to upgrade the walls once youve got some defence to defend your gold. And also try out a townhall 10 farming base, this will help too. That was not a smart thing to do. I hemmed myself up to th9 and it was a struggle getting out of that hole so I can imagine how hard it is for th10. You can either start over or farm it out. It will take some time but you will eventually start making headway. I struggled to max out th9 but i stuck with it and did that. Now I am a maxed th10.

The secret is that gem the troops that you use for farming. There are 2 options for you here,
1. You do not have lots of time to farm but able to raid once per hour. Gem up Balloons to 6 and minions to at least 5. Gem up rage spell to 3 and healing to 5. Now you are able to farm most TH9s and low TH10s. You should be able to keep all of your builders busy. Save the rest gem and farming resources and gem the time for Giant, Barbs, Archers. Buy a level 5 queen if possible.
2. You have lots of time to farm. Gem level 6 giants, level 5 archers, level 6 barbs, Healing 5, rage 3. Now you are able to farm in normal circumstance.
You don't have to start over again. You just need to learn how to farm and farm smart in short time period. There are people farmed full level 11 walls with giants barb archers. That's a billion gold grab. This explains that you can still farm lots of gold and resources in TH10.When i started playing clash of clans , i got carried away with spending gems. spend all of your resources on the laboratory and upgrading your troops. Your problems will go away not with defenses, but offense. You cannt get great loot now because you probably have like level 3 troops. Your base and defenses mean absolutely nothing when you farm, only in keeping your loot. As long as you can raid TH8s and 9s you will start to catch up fast. Wait until you have all level 5 troops at least before even worrying about defenses or walls.
trying to do defenses without the ability to farm first is going to slow you down even worse than ever.
