My purposed idea is pretty simple. Go on your clan mates village, click on his clan castle, then donate troops. You can even have a message on what you'd like donated just like for clan wars.
This way, if you have clan mates awake while you're asleep, and you get attacked and lose your troops, they can donate you some more troops so you're base isn't "naked" if you're away from the game for an extended period of time.
You'd get more donations, more troops being made equals possibility of more boosting barracks, more boosting barracks equals more gems, more gems equals more money haha
Maybe have this option for clan leaders only, or maybe clan leaders and elders, that way a random person can't just donate a bunch of goblins and leave...and it would be another perk for being an elder/leader.
