When a clan member posts a defence replay, other members of your clan can revenge attack. This will allow the clan to discuss revenge in the clan chat and then decide whether and which clan member should revenge.

While this is a good idea to a point, it almost defeats the purpose of a revenge. For example, say I'm a TH5 in a clan with a TH7 or 8. I get attacked by a TH6. I have no chance of touching a TH6, but that TH7 can 3-star him with ease. You see where this is going. Revenge is a more personal thing, so it cannot work. It does go both ways, however. Maybe a TH9 attacks me, I'm a TH7, and he steals, say, 1000 DE. I have no hope of getting that back, but my clan mate who is a maxed TH10 could go do it for me. The problem with this however, is that either the person actually attacking gets the loot, leaving the person who got attacked with nothing, or the person who got attacked gets all the loot, leaving little incentive for someone else in the clan to attack for him. It's all very complicated, and while a good idea, I am sure Supercell would never consider this. Happy Clashing!
