Hi! I want to know if i can login the same vilage into multiple Google+ acounts! And if i can, will i be able to take diferent directions and upgrade diferent buildings in each of the created accounts?

The short answer to what I think you're asking is no. If you want to have say 2 different Google +Accounts they would not be able to share one village.
