Jist a simple idea I had. I personally hate having to wait the full 24 Prep period. So the idea is that leader of both clans in war can talk to eachother. Yes this is a minor idea, but the main idea I had is allowing the leaders to agree to start the war early (which is why the first idea is needed, so they can agree on when to start).
Example: Leader of clan A sends a message to leader of clan B saying "Hey, is your clan willing to start early?" Leader of clan B asks his members if they are ready. If all are ready, then he says so and sends a request to start NOW. If clan A still needs another 30 minutes or so, then the leader can reject and send back another Start early request that says they want to start in 30 minutes (When requesting, you get a drop down menu with different start times, starting with NOW and then jumping by 30 minute intervals)
