That sounds pretty accurate when I attack a Town Hall 10.
Sounds about what I get from a TH9 when I attack. (I'm a TH8)

Loot avaiable from drills is 75%. Just how the game works
In my opinion thats way too much a loot percentage loss on dark from drills n is pretty annoying as drills are cool but after th9 you get no more wall at th10 n more building but such a high dark elix from drills lost.
Bit unfair especially with so little effort but I'll be more careful in future
Hate it on defense, love it on offense. It's just a part of the game.
And the moral of the story is........
Don't leave loot in collectors or drills
collect them more often. Your shield is 12 hours at least, try not to sleep more than 12 hours every day.

75% is the amount you can steal considering you are attacking someone the same th lvl or higher.
