I hate moving from clan to clan trying to find the right one. If oyu share similar feelings to me, then this clan would be for you. No pressure, no requirements. All I ask is you be active, be loyal, donate what is asked (if you can), and participate in wars. The rest will take care of itself.
Promotions are earned based on performance and attitude. My leadership style is I promote the COs, the COs promote the ELDERS. There are no threats. If you do 2 of the 3 things I ask for (be active, donate, participate in wars), you will be fine.
