Instead of adding more dmg to the Mortar, instead the mortar splits into random directions upon hitting ground.
Dmg for each cluster-pellet: 10% of Mortar DMG
Range: 1 tile from Mortar strike.

I don't know if the fact that this is essentially a copy of an upgrade in Bloons TD 5 will cause any problems. In BTD5 there's a tower upgrade with that name and basically that effect.

Maybe just have the cluster at a certain mortar level. Because for weaker levels TH1-7 mortars kill troops

I am strictly thinking of this as an upgrade on Mortar lvl 8+, intended for late gameplay.
