What are some issues of a clan war?
-Clan HOPPERS can spoil everything and give away free stars
-Sometimes, the top guy in the clan attacks the lowest guy in the opponent clan.
Consequences:
1)The guy doesn't get as much loot
2)The lowest guy in the clan doesn't have any other bases to attack. He can't attack the higher level bases as it's hard for him/her.
3)Lesser opportunities of winning
-Some of the clashers forget to change their bases from farming to defence bases during war, hence giving free stars to opponents.
