Hey guys, quick question!

So I recently go a new Clash of Clans and right now I am at Town Hall level 8. And my brother was telling me that I need to get a Barbarian King. But the problem I have is I don't have enough Dark Elixr or Diamonds So I was wondering what is the fastest way that I could get one? Also, how did you guys get yours?

Well at TH8 you have the drill. Though little de production, something is better than nothing.

As far as getting it, shouldn't be too bad with all the 1 gem boosted pumps people are doing. Look for full drill bases or bases where you can easily get to the DE storage. Look for higher level 9/10's as they tend to carry more and you get some loot bonus.

You could always zap too, but that's more of a TH7 tactic...and it's not really that efficient.

Oh, and if you're new to CoC and a TH 8, I'm gonna assume you're premature, meaning you should worry about other things like splash defenses, ADs, CC, etc;

^This. I once got 2000 DE from just attacking exposed drills in a raid as a TH7.

Just push up in trophies to where you can find exposed drills and delixir storages. Pushing up to Crytsal is another good way of doing it, inactive TH10s with filled Lv6 Drills are always a good sight
