Hey guys,
I currently have a TH lvl 9 struggling to upgrade my xbow to level 3. Should I start farming or should I change my attack strategy. I currently have 2 level 2 xbows, 4 level 7 army camps, and maxed out barracks. In short, I'm maxed out but my Xbow. Please help!

If you're truly "maxed" I don't see how it's an issue. Your base should be adequate enough to repel most attackers (well upgraded TH10's aside) and there are plenty of juicy TH8's waiting to be steam-rolled.
Just a matter of saving up. If you want the quickest way possible...probably boosting with Barch or Bam will get you there the soonest.
Barch just doesn't work for me anymore. Btw I'm in crystal 3

I have that feeling, this one telling me that your TH is not completely outside your base.
That's pretty much all you should be doing until you're a maxed 10 (clan trophy pushes aside) so I don't really get the question....
Obviously you should, as your priority right now is getting lvl 3 xbows.
Worst case, drop down to Gold and farm down there. Literally tons of gold waiting to be farmed. Though I don't see why Barching wouldn't work fine in C3 as well, especially for a near maxed TH9.
