Can we view war loot on prep. Day?

Just requesting a little thing for the clan war preparation day: why are we only allowed to see the amount of loot we can win only on battle day? Why can't we see it on preparation day as well? Im a new TH 9 and I'm farming now to get all the X-bows and new walls upgraded, and I'm looking for loot anywhere. This would definitely help farmers in the wars, that way they can see how much loot is available and make their decisions on who to attack from that additional point-of-view. Couldn't hurt to ask right?

im not sure how war loot works but im guessing if some upgrades finished then their loot could go up. this could be a problem as someone's loot could be higher so you plan on attacking them but then someone else does something and their loot goes up. but interesting idea!
