    Supercell isnt the one who integrates new payment options. It would be Apple or Google. As well as im pretty sure if you make a new apple account you can add a paypal account.

    If Supercell wants, they can add paypal option into their games. Paypal has introduced an android sdk for that.

    I'm pretty sure with itunes you can buy $10 worth of gems without any money in your account and of you just put in a billing address your done

    Have heard that an app called 'Free My App' can help too, if in the USA. One of the easier to use Ad apps that can convert thier points into iTunes and Google Play gift cards, and in turn, used to pay for gems.

    Added Edit: If you see any bot advertising Free My App as a free gem source and with a link, report thier butt via the help & support feature (not just 'report on Global), since it is not Free My App's policy to use such means of advertising, and the link is likely a fake too.
