Changing Google+ accounts

I honestly believe you should be able to change google+ accounts, I'm very mad at supercell right now because
it's pretty unfair how you cannot change it.
For example, I use clash of clans on my phone and was also using it on my moms tablet(her google+ account) and now that I got a tablet myself I want to play on that but it says I can only like a device once.
I mean my TH is level 8 and I'm a level 80 I should not have to start over again just because I bought another tablet.

When I linked the devices I wasn't thinking Oh I'm gonna get a tablet myself one day I should make myself a google+ account, NO. I think Supercell actually should have done this a long time ago, I'm not the only one with this problem as I searched on how to fix it on google and tons of people had the same problem.

I really want to play on my new tablet I mean I'm pretty sure I deserve it as I have bought tons of gems and also a lot of people have the same problem and it's really unfair that I should have to start over again just because of this problem.

My idea is to be able to UNLINK a google+ account or atleast be able to transfer it to another one.

Sorry if this didn't make sense I'm really frustrated and still looking for ways to use MY Clash of Clans account on my own tablet.
