Cower in Fear of the Flying Squirrels!

    Name of Troop: Flying Squirrel
Training cost in DE by level: 60, 70, 80
    Training Time: 8 minutes
    Housing Space: 6
Damage Per Second by level: 80 90 100
    Hit Points by Level: Either 460, 560, and 640, OR 690, 740, and 960 (2-3 shots of a level 6, 7, or 8 air defense)
Movement Speed: Either 16 or 24 (3 tiles every second or two, I'm not sure exactly what that comes out to).

AI: This is a cross between dragons and minions in a sense. Medium damage and HP. There is one main difference between this and all other troops. Rather than target one building (or two for Valkyries), they would glide back and forth across a base. It only goes in straight lines from one edge of a base to another. It sends one projectile at each building it passes over. (Could do two shots to Army camps since they are bigger). To choose its path for the next flight over, it could either keep going the original way until every building inits original path is gone, OR it could choose a new path every time, choosing one with the most building to hit. The squirrel could turn around and do another fly over after it hits the edge of the base, OR it could fly to the trees, where it "thinks" about it"s next path for a couple of seconds.

Doesn't this just put the fear right into you?

Description: This squirrel loves the taste of dark elixir. Do you know what she loves more? Spraying it all over Enemy villages! This Squirrel puts on her flying cap and glides over the defender's Base, hitting one building at a time with its fearsome saliva!

Notes: This is my first time posting on forums, so my aim is to create an original and well written thread. Please give feedback so I can either improve this idea or scrap it entirely. The name is just something I came up with that I have not seen before. I am open to changing the name and the beast entirely, it's just an idea. If someone already used this, I'm very sorry. I searched and read the stickies beforehand. As it is this is pretty OP but I couldn't decide the best way to make it more balanced.

I think I made it painstakingly clear, but please reply with any questions comments or concerns.

    Thank You!!

    Better Name

I shouldn't have put flying squirrels in the title because now people aren't looking at it!

I like the idea of how it moves because it is different from how other troops always stay at the same building until it is destroyed and it doesn't seem too overpowered. It has the potential to add some cool new strategies. I'm not sure what the stats should be but I think that it should be a beast that fits more with the medieval theme such as a griffin.

    Goodbye forums!

Thank you for the Feedback! I'm glad you think there is some potential for new strategies. The name is the least important part of the troop really. The name just fit the motion it made. Griffin would be good. I was looking at old mythological names and came across a few. Kokko (Finnish, Fun name) Tengu, (Japanese?, sounds soft like other DE troop names) or Lucifer (Biblical)
